Graduate in Teaching from ICADE (specialising in companies) and Masters in Human Resources from the same University.

She began her professional career at Unilever, in the Training Department.  Subsequently, as Partner in a Local Headhunting company for 6 years, making the move to international Head Hunters.  Prior to founding BaunaSc, she was an Executive Search Director for Spain for a multinational company.

She has worked with clients in both national and international ambits.

 Graduate in Law from the University of Alcalá de Henares and Masters in Human Resources from Garrigues.

She has extensive professional experience in the field of Human Resources.  She formed part of the selection and Training Department of Leroy Merlin and Grupo Vips. holding Training courses for different companies.  Prior to founding BaunaSc, she was Head of the Department and team of Executive Search Researchers in Spain for a multinational company.

She has worked with clients in both national and international ambits.
